Production process

raw material→ bale opener→ opening machine→ cotton feeder→carding machine→ cross lapper→ two layer fabrics feed→ quilting→siting, crosscutting→(edge packing) Finished

Raw materials fed to bale opener then to opening machine will becomefluffy, then delivered to cotton feeder through a carding machine finecarded by cross lapper to adjust thickness, width, then automatically feedthe two layer fabrics, multi-needle quilting machine quilting, at last setvertical edge, set the length of cross-cutting. If for making quilts, you onlyneed one set edge trimming overlock machine for processing That is enough.
